I was scoring around 78 on the practice and that is what I got on the real thing. I found the practice tests were very close to the real thing. The science was very hard. I found the math to be easy. The reading and language were so so. Some of it was very confusing to me but I did all right on those also.
I only used the ATI manual and both online practice tests. However, I am a non-traditional student and already have a bachelor degree in Chemistry and have been working in research for 10 years. The most difficult portion for me was going back and relearning the math (fractions and algebra). The science was basic biology and chemistry. The ATI manual was sufficient for review.
The ATI practice tests are considerably more difficult than the actual test.
Thanks for the input guys....I take mine on Monday! YEEEEKERS. I scored in the 80's on both of the practice tests in the book. Then took the online assessment A last night and got 69.3%. I was scratching my head on the science for SURE and that is what brought my grade down. I certainly hope all the posts I have been reading about the online tests being a little bit more difficult than the real thing will also be my experience. Some of those science questions I had to "wing it" and just guess and move on. I like how when you are done, you get a print out of the items missed so you can view the inconsistencies and the consistencies in what you are missing. So tonight, I will go back and study the missed items in detail and then attempt assessment B. Good luck to all of you aspiring nurses!

Those of you that took the ATI practice assessments, how did your actual TEAS scores compare? I am scoring 78-81% on he practice assessments was just wondering how this would compare to the real thing. I take the paper and pencil version Friday!
