  1. You have to wait at least 30 days before you can retake it again, you can go on the ATI website and check the test location in your area to see the availabilities.
  2. Thank you so much. I think I am concentrating on getting an 85% that I may be over studying or over thinking this test. I have 3 more weeks of studying and the only pre-reqs I have is A&P and the school I applied to you have to take the teas test before you sign up and I want to take the rest of my pre-reqs at the school to guarantee a spot in the nursing program for Sept. I am praying I pass this time around!!!!!!!!!
  3. Thank you so much for those encouraging words. I am currently studying everything in the ATI book and the McGraw-Hill Practice test at times when I get an question wrong on the practice test I feel discourage and feel like I will fail again but I am hoping that I get some extra money to get the online practice test. But I will continue to study in the meantime!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Thank you so much. I did a practice test today with the McGraw-Hill's Practice test and I am currently focusing on the questions I got wrong using the ATI book. I did the Reading section and the Mathematics section and I must say that I have improved in the Math section tremendously. I still have to work on the Reading section, my only problem with the reading section is paying attention to what is being asked but other than that I did pretty well. But I have been studying my butt off and I feel so confident this time around having more time to study and not over studying like I did the first time. The science section is kicking my butt like I am not gonna let it defeat me!!!
  5. Congratulations on passing the teas. Did you only study from the ATI manual or did you use other books to help you? What areas did you study for the science portion?
  6. DO you think that its harder the second time around or would you say its the same? Did any of you take the online practice test if so would you think that the practice test is harder than the actual exam?
  7. Oh okay! Thank you I am planning on re-taking mines next month and I feel like I am not retaining none of the information I study. I have the ATI book, McGraw Hill's book and Davis's Basic Math Review for Nurses book because I suck at math. But for the science part I've been studying that chapter like crazy and I feel like I am not learning anything and the school I am trying to get into you have to take the Teas in order to get in so I have yet to take my pre-reqs. DO you think is was easier the 2nd time around or was it more difficult? And what was your 1st and 2nd scores if you don't mind me asking??? I need to get an 85% in order to get into the school of my choice.
  8. I was wondering is the test the same the second time around? Feeling so overwhelmed I am studying taking my time with each section and I feel like I am not getting it. What are some of you guys study strategies that helped you pass? How long did you guys study for, is 5 weeks to little time or do I have enough time???

Congratulations on passing the Teas the second time around I am planning on taking the test for the second time. For the Science did you only use the ATI book or did you use other sources? I am so nervous about taking it again that studying is not working. What are somethings you did to prepare you for the second time around? I have 6 weeks to study do you think that is enough time or should I study longer?
  10. Thank you for those helpful tips I have at lease 6 weeks hopefully I can take it all in within that time frame!!!! I will officially start studying tomorrow until March 25th when I take my test I am shooting for a 85-90 %!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. Thank you so much for these helpful tips, I actually have the MGH book but I figured that the ATI book was better but I will study with both, I will also get the Math Review for Nurses because I suck at math that was my downfall on the test the first time and the science so I will start off with the Math, then Science and then review the rest. I plan on taking the test March 25th because the deadline for my school is April 1st. What material was on the science part I forgot did you use the ATI book for the science? I am actually using my friends A&P book or should I use another book for that section???
  12. I am planning on retaking the Teas Exam again and I am not motivated at all. I feel like I will fail this test again and I need to pass the deadline for my school is April 1. For those who took it a second time and even the first what did you use to study. I've read a lot of threads that say they read the ATI book cover to cover. I am going to try to read the book cover to cover, my other problem is I am not working and I can not take the online practice test will that hurt me from passing the actual test? Please someone help me I need to get an 85% to pass. For the Science & Math what books/videos did you guys use. I am in desperate need of help I feel like giving up all together but I don't want to be a failure to my family and those who look up to me... PLEASE HELP!!!
  13. What???? You never seen a deer before!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. Thank You everyone.... I didn't pass the test, my mind was all over the place but I will be taking it over in January. I will have 6 weeks to study and will give me enough time to go over everything that was on the test....
  15. I am taking the Teas Test tomorrow feeling super nervous and feeling sick. I feel like all my studying isn't good enough ugh..... I just want it to be over with..... Hopefully I pass I want to get in to Simmons College I just graduated December 6th 2013 and ready to go back.... Pray for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I do well on the Science portion...... Wish Me LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
