TEAS V Practice v. Test

Those of you that took the ATI practice assessments, how did your actual TEAS scores compare? I am scoring 78-81% on he practice assessments was just wondering how this would compare to the real thing. I take the paper and pencil version Friday!

Hi there!

I scored an 82% and an 85% on the online Practice Assessment. I scored a 96 on the proctored exam. But with countless hours of studying!

I scored in the mid 80's on both online practice exams, and a 90.6 on my actual TEAS test. I found the Reading to be very similar except that it had longer paragraphs to read. It also had less trick questions, which was nice. The math was actually much easier on the real exam for me. I scored 100% on this section and knew it the second I finished. Science was as random as always. English was almost identical to the practice exams.

Hi! I was just wondering if you could tell me how you studied? And for how long? I just took the Online Practice Test and scored 65%... it really lowered my confidence.

I did well in both Anatomy Physiology classes, scoring between 92-94% in each class, and did fairly well in my Chem courses (B's).

Did you study prior to taking the Online Practice Form A? I only read through 3/4 of the TEAS V manual, and didn't review my BIO/CHEM notes...

Any help is appreciated!

Hi! Do you have any tips on how you studied and what methods you may think are best for first time TEAS V Takers?

I received 92-94% in my Anat/Phys. classes, B's in my Chem. courses, but only scored 65% in the Online Practice Assessment! I'm very nervous and have to score above 90% on my TEAS V to get into the CSU Sacramento State Nursing program.

Any help is appreciated!

I scored 78% on the practice ATI exam too! I'm hoping and praying its the same or better on the real exam. I take it in two days!!!

I've gone through the ATI Manual, used quizlet and found lots of youtube videos on my problem areas. I also have a 4 year degree in a science major, pharmaceutical to be specific. I will update once I get my scores back.

I just took the TEAS V today. My score overall score was 86.7% which put me in the 97th percentile at JCC. I hit my goal of 85% or higher to be competitive. Now begins the long wait for acceptance letters!!!

I bought the ATI Study manual and studied it from front to back. I did both practice tests in the book and bought the two online. I scored 83% and 90% on the book exams. For the online practice exams, I scored 78% and 74%. I focused on my problem areas with youtube videos and lots of visual illustrations to help me remember the concepts. Can't emphasize enough to take all the practice tests that you can AND time yourself. I studied off and on for about 4 months.

for those who have taken the actual TEAS can you let me know how different is the real exam from the practice exam?? I've been scoring super low on the practice and its really lowering my confidence.

I'd like to know too!!! I just took the exam on ATI testing and scored poorly.... My actual exam is in 15 days and I'm very discouraged. Kinda makes me want to back down. Reading these posts has however given me some confidence!í ½í¸€ I took this exam without studying so let's see how it goes in 10 days. Wishing you the best of luck!
