Hello all, I will be moving on to the Adult semester this fall. By time yall are accepted I will be in Maternal/Pedi rotation. Word of advice, study A&P hard. I took A&P during the summer pregnant at that so it was really fast and if I am honest I just memorized and information dumped and didn't retain a ton. This was a mistake going into Foundations and I had to re learn it along the way. Tough!
Also the HESI is on I would say a 6-7th grade level. I actually went back to my 6th grade teacher and borrowed books from her that helped a ton. It is a lot of fractions (adding, subtracting, etc.) vocabulary was pretty steep lots of medical terms, grammar was easy, and reading was tougher then I expected. But overall I made a 90 on the HESI and applied with a 4.0.
Wish yall the best of luck with your applications! :)

I will be studying the Admission Assessment Exam Review I bought from half priced books. TR library has the book to study if you want to check it out. Also, you can call the testing center the first week of July at 817-515-1066 to sign up for the HESI. Good luck!
Ok thanks! I ordered that book and should receive it any day now. Thanks for the heads up! And good luck to you also!
