I am starting this for anyone who is applying for the TCC RN program in August.
Well now y'all have me worried about FA - now I really NEED to add on that ASL class to get full aid. Crap.
@ab51 - Do you think a rolling backpack will suffice or will we need more storage? I bought a fancy backpack when I started at TR this semester because of all the walking, so I hope that will work . . .
On a side note, I've already decided that if I have a 7am class I'm going to plan on getting down there no later than 6:30am. Hopefully that is plenty of time to park. Hopefully.

- It is a small world - when we narrow it down to a state and throw in some personal info, there is actually a pretty good chance someone may recognize you if you are not careful. Your privacy is paramount to us.
- While this site is a wonderful place to vent (without excess personally identifiable details) it is not the place to express why ("x" specific person, place or program) is terrible. Did anyone take A&P1 lecture as an online class?
I took all of my classes online and liked it because I did not have to adjust my work schedule much. It is not for everyone though. You are basically teaching yourself. The chapters in the A&P books I have used are ridiculously long, so you will spend a lot of time reading. It was hard for me because I am a procrastinator. I had to be really strict with myself to make sure I gave myself time to do everything that needed to be done. In the end, though, I made A's. If you can apply yourself to the work, you should do fine. Don't be shy about asking your instructor for clarification if you need it.
@ Krista - I took all my sciences on campus and took some of my other classes online. I like the onlines classes but the sciences where the classes that I enjoyed the most so I liked going to them (most days, lol)
@ Kmart - I got the littmann lightweight II, but I really like the classic also.
I just went to the medisave website and compared the Littman classic II to the lightweight, and the classic II is way more expensive... does anyone knows why? Would you hear better with one than the other?
I just found this http://manage.allheart.com/design/v3-final/video/Littmann_FullLine_Classic_Stethoscopes/index.html

we get funding.based on how many credit hours we are taking. over 11 is 100%, but I'm not complaining, I'm still getting a hefty chunk and I'm glad I'm not paying out of pocket.
