Its been a while since I have done cysto. How many do you do in a day?
It depends on the facility. When I worked at a private hospital, we did roughly 5 in a day with one cysto suite. In a teaching institution, the number increased to about 10 a day using 3 suites.
How many nurses in the room?
One nurse, one tech, and an anesthesia provider
Mostly done under local? If not, do you have an anesthetist? RNs wouldn't do any sedation as they sometimes do in endoscopy units, correct?
Again, it depends on the facility.
How long are patients monitored after? Do they go straight back to day surgery?
Do they have IV's?
They should ALWAYS have an IV.

Varies extremely. We seem to have one heavy uro day per week, sometimes two, but usually do cases every day.
How many nurses in the room?
1 nurse who circulates, 1 surg tech or nurse to set up the table, if using laser one surg tech or nurse to run it

Rarely done under local unless someone's insurance company won't pay for procedure done in office. If in house patient needs local cysto, traveling cart used by doc and floor nurse except in unusual circumstances. CRNA either does MAC, spinal, or general.

Standard PACU stay if asleep, directly back to floor if unusual circumstances require local in OR. Directly to post-op unit if local from home until able to void then discharged.
Do they have IV's?
Pretty much every single patient has an IV.
