Hello to everyone, I'm taking the nclex-Rn exam in two months time. My question is are there any good book that can help me prepare. There are so many books out there which stated it can help you pass this exam. Please can anyone help by saying from experience which book had you better prepared?

I used Saunders to help review content. I did many, many Saunders questions. However, I think that my Kaplan course was so much more helpful in terms of the style of questions presented. They were written much more like the actual exam questions than the Saunder's questions were. I think that Lippencott is also kinda similar to Saunder's. Kaplan also has a money-back guarantee and I believe that they have both online and actual physical classes.

As you are taking RN then the 4th edition Saunders comprehensive is the one I would recommend

are the 3rd and 4th editions of saunders completely different?

i totally agree. the rationales on saunders are unbeatable and an excellent tool for review but the questions are too easy. kaplan makes you think through the questions, but the rationales don't give enough information like saunders does.
i used both, took nclex yesterday and finished with 75 questions. still waiting to see if i passed!
good luck!
