Swedish new grad RN residency march 2020

Hi, I applied to Swedish new grad RN march 2020 cohort. but I hvnt heard for a in person interview yet after submitting video interviews in November 2019. Is there anybody else applied for the march 2020 cohort at Swedish if yes, have you got a call from HR yet for in person interview. please help.

I recently moved from las vegas so dont have much network here to know the timeline.

Hi! I submitted mine in mid-November and I got an email about an interview on December 3. But I just got contacted to schedule an interview two days ago. Not sure why it took so long, but I had to call the talent advisor and she had to follow up with the managers on the unit I applied to. I have an interview tomorrow for GYN/Surgical and another for Nephrology next week!

Thanks! I just did mine today and I got the job right after the interview!

some of the questions I remember were

why nursing

why this unit

why this hospital

time when you had a change of priorities

time when you made a mistake

where do you see yourself in five years

Hey I interviewed with the Telemetry department at Issaquah last week and I haven’t heard anything. Has anyone heard anything from them? Thanks!

I interviewed with the First Hill NICU last week and have not heard back, even though I am not taking the job if they offer it to me since I already accepted one last Friday. It may be taking longer because of the strikes!

I was just called regarding scheduling an interview. Unfortunately my first choice for First Hill ED is all full but they offered First Hill tele or First Hill Med/surg. Has anyone interviewed at either units? TIA ?

When does your orientation start? Mine is March 2nd and I’m so impatient

Residency classes start on March 2nd for me too! They called me yesterday to set up going into HR next week on Wednesday for badges/etc , and apparently a bunch of NEO in between! I’m excited and getting nervous at the same time time lol
