Hi everyone!! I recently applied for the absn program at SUNY Downstate for fall 2025. I couldn't find any threads for this application cycle, so I decided to start one. I've looked through the previous ones and was able to find some answers, but I figured we should have our own. Good luck!!

Hey guys, just got my acceptance. Here are my stats:

ATI TEAS: 87, Pre-req GPA is 3.83, Science GPA is 3.47, and my overall GPA is 3.29. Not the best grades but I had some good experience and my LORs were really strong.

If anyone has any specific questions about the process, I'd love to help!

Congratulations! I want to ask about your application timeline, when did you submit your application?

I applied on August 20th as a re-applicant. They reached out to me for an interview on Jan 28th, acceptance came in the morning of Jan 30th.

Hello!

I also got accepted!! However, I can't figure out how to pay the admissions deposit - on my pre-matric checklist, there's no link to pay the deposit, and the deposit fee page doesn't let me click anything - did anyone who got accepted figure it out?

Congratulations!! Did they call or email you for the interview? Do you remember how long between the status change before they reached out? My status recently changed to faculty screener assigned and I'm not sure what to expect. Past cohorts were called while some said they were emailed, and some had really long waits while some were the next day.

Congratulations!! 

Thanks! They called me for the interview. To my knowledge, if they can't reach you via phone they will send an email. I actually wasn't super attentive to my status, I was just waiting for an email or call. The program received my application back in August and they got back to me late January. Hope that helps!
