I've started this thread so we can discuss and share our experiences applying to SUNY's ABSN program for 2021. Being that the application period just opened, I’m sure we can all benefit from sharing information in regards to the process.

For anyone who had the interview, would you mind providing some insight into what it was like? Any advice would be appreciated!

Do we get the zoom link invite the morning of our interview? I only received a phone call, but no email confirmation so I'm nervous.

I didn’t get a email confirmation until the morning of

I just finished my interview! The director of the program told me that they're still in the process of reviewing apps and conducting interviews ? There are still spots opened, so I definitely think you guys should be hearing something soon.

I think it went well I had a one on one interview but I think other people was in a group. The director of admissions was really nice!

Ahhh that’s so exciting! I submitted my last two classes in May and waiting to hear back. App submitted in January and status is still forwarded to program for review. Anyone else got an interview?
