Yup, what she said. :yeahthat:

thanks for the replies. but my question was about study guides. people were buying study guides like lisa arned's notes, etc. from ebay for NC 1-7 exams. do new students have no choice but to stick with the recommended text books.

It's up to you, really. The material hasn't changed that much. What I would suggest is downloading both the NC1 and the Health Safety exam content guides and see what has really changed between the two; I think you'll find very little is different. People have been using the "old" materials to study for the "new" exams. Your best bet is a little comparison. I think StudyGroup101 is advertising their materials on eBay using both the new and old names -- you could check them out: http://myworld.ebay.com/studygroup101

Good luck! :)

I have to tell you that I only bought two sets of Lisa's note and ended up using one. I didn't find anything but the recommended reading from the texts to be necessary. Honest.

Thanks Lunah. I did not know they revised the notes for the new curriculum and selling them in the the Studygroup notes on EBAy. I bought Essentials in Chronicity. If they are crap, It only cost me $10.

I have their notes for NC3 and NC4, and I thought they were fabulous! Unfortunately I took NC5-NC7 before they had their notes ready for those; otherwise I would have purchased them.
