Study materials for NCLEX PN

Hi all,

Has anyone studied off of Exam Cram book? Can you please post your comments regarding this book. Also im taking my boards again, Is learningext.com a good source to study for the nclex pn?

I bought mine through amazon . DO a search on amazon or check your local borders or barnes n noble.

arielle, i bought the kaplan book, it was about $20 on ebay, it teaches u the strategies to answer questions, which i really recommend. for a question bank, i used SAUNDERS 3rd EDITION, as you read the book, it has review questions at the end of each chapter. it comes with a cd rom with over 3000 questions, which is great practice. good luck.

i agree with lena. i did not study individual drugs, but classifications and the "MOST IMPORTANT" drugs i was told to study from school. digoxin, lasix, heparin, coumadin, etc etc.

Hi everyone! I would just like to ask your opinion if Kaplan NCLEX PN Qbank can also help me in preparation for my NCLEX exam. Failed two times on the exam already. Feels like I don't want to take it anymore because of might fail it again. Please need your recommendation on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Alladin, I failed the NCLEX-PN twice as well. In the beginning of this forum, there is a study guide that Suzanne4 has graciously posted to help G-PN, G-RN and Foreigner Nurses to use if you have failed the NCLEX twice or taking it for the first time. She has a 100% passing rate. I took my test on 09/23 so I am now studying again for my test using the Suzanne4 Study guide.

hi nadu and alladin, i suggest kaplan's question bank.. i felt most of the questions on nclex pn were like kaplan.
