Thermoregulation is harder to control and can go from one extreme to the other very quickly. Whatever the case that vital sign is definetly supposed to be within normal, anything outside of that would be an abnormal finding...

Warfarin is used to prevent stroke. INR should be checked, and between 2.0-3.0. I've seen Amiodorone used to tx a-fib. Need to check heart rate because meds used to tx a-fib can cause bradycardia.
