:confused:HAS ANYONE TAKEN A STRAIGHTLINER COURSE AND TRANSFERED IT TO THIER SCHOOL?
I have taken English COmp I & II, General Chem with Lab, College Algebra, Macroeconomics and finishing up Business Communications tomorrow ( all of this was done since February 2011). I know ISU will take the ENglish's on the ACE transcript. Macro & College Algebra was/will be transcribed thru FHSU as credits obtained there. General Chem is on ACE. Got preliminary approval on Chem from ISU also......they will accept ACE recommendations according to their transfer guy.
Thats great! Does the Business Communications count towards ISU as well? That is my planned route and I am trying to get my prereqs done ASAP.. but some classes I think I need to pace myself through rather than take 1 exam..
By the way, they have added a few new course offerings in recent days. They are now offering Medical Terminology, Managerial Accounting, and Intro to Psych. I'm thinking of enrolling in the Medical Terminology course now that they offer it.
They are also planning to add A&P I and II, Pharmacology, and a couple of calculus courses.

I don't know yet....I'm waiting on a reply....I sure hope it does.
I'm going the LPN to BSN route too, so i need Eng 102 and my chemistry is too old... I was going to "credit wash" it and put it on Charter Oak State College transcript in case I need to go on for my Masters and need a transcript breakdown.
Let us know if they take Business Communications, I will add that too my list of classes.... i just finished the application for Fort Hays and wont take classes until after April as I need my main focus on finding a job.
I received a Straighterline email today to inform people that they now have eight brand new course offerings: A&P I and A&P II (with or without lab), medical terminology, managerial accounting, intro to psych, and calculus II. They are also offering $15 off each new course purchased.
The pharmacology I and II should be available through Straighterline very soon.

So far, I have had two payments of $99.00 deducted from my PayPal account ($198.00) and have paid for six courses at $39 each ($234.00). I am already done with four of the courses, and I fully expect to be done with the remaining two by the end of April. When you include the cost of used textbooks, I will have spent about $600 on six courses.
The $999.00 option is only good for people who want to enroll in all of Straighterline's course offerings. It is also good for people who need the full six months of course access.
