Stony Brook's ABSN Class of 2023

Hi everyone! I am applying to Stony Brook's ABSN and wanted to create this thread for anyone who wanted to share stats, updates or need assistance! 

The suspense is killing me. This week is 5 weeks, I was hoping we would hear back earlier than 6-8 weeks.

I guess for now we can at least hope it's 6 and not 8. I'm with you though, I know it's only January but I'd like to have an idea of I should expect my Summer to look like.

I think it’s around June 7th or 8th - a 10 week Summer session. I also think the program is technically just 11 months long, but don’t quote me on either of those! I might be wrong.

Okay thank you!  I still have one pending class that I will finish in May. So thats good to know. Good luck! I hope we both get in LOL

I just checked last year’s calendar and Summer session went from June 7-August 14. Pretty sure the final semester ends early to mid May. Good luck to you too!

It’s week 6, I really hope we hear back this week because I just want to know if I got in or not like everyone else. So fingers crossed we hear back this week! Good luck everyone.

Im curious to know where some of you guys are from. Did any of you attend stony brook for undergrad?

I live on Long Island but I did not attend stony brook for undergrad

I got my masters from SBU but I didn’t get an interview

I got my masters at SBU too. I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully they hold more interviews later on.
