this question is for students that are alumnis from SBU can you tell me how many options you have on your solar like what does your solar page look like?

I emailed them a few weeks ago and I was told that decision letters will go out in April. I know they took a while to get the letters out for the 1yr Accelerated program, so I imagine they got back logged with the 2 yr applicants. Either way, I'm still really nervous..

so we are definatly not getting anything this month i thought they were mailing the letters mid march or around there

yes, I have applied for 2 yrs nursing program 2010 at stony brook. I live in Houston, Texas. Waiting to hear from them. how about you?

I have applied at concordia as well. trying my luck. hope we all get accepted.

yea i applied also and i'm just waiting i don't think we are gonna hear until next month. Yea i hope we all get accepted too

I keep checking my SOLAR to see if it's changed, the consensus is that if you're admitted the "Student Admission" tab becomes a "New Student" tab instead. No change here yet . I'm getting so anxious.

I was told verbally last week that I got accepted to the Farmingdale program so I have at least a back up, but that's only an Associate program. Plus I would really LOVE to attend a teaching university at the forefront of research. I like being up to date with all the new research going on. ::sigh::

I don't think the solar thing is going to change for me cause i'm an alumni so i'm probably not going to find out through solar :/ oh well i'm just going to have to wait i have been anxious for the past month lol

I was wondering when they were gonna send me my reply. I doubt i'll get in but i am still being optimistic. If not then i will take a couple classes and reapply next year. My heart jumps w/ every small and large envelope that comes out of that mailbox. Now I have to wait until next month? One more month of the worry. To Pearl 26 someone from the one yr program who is an alumni also said the new student tab will still pop up. I am still checking mine. Good luck to everyone:) I thought they forgot about me when i got no letter.

I logged onto Solar today and found 'For New Students' Tab. Has anyone else got one??
