Stony Brook U Nursing Basic BSN Fall 2014 Applicants!

Hey everyone! I'm in the middle of my prerequisites for the nursing program at Stony to apply for admission next fall! Just wanted to reach out and say hey to anyone else in the same shoes! Where else are you all applying?

SBU is obviously my first choice, but I'm also applying to NYU, Adelphi, Molloy, I might apply to York and Lehman, and I might apply to LIU Brooklyn. I would apply to Hunter, but I don't want to transfer for the spring only to be waitlisted (or rejected!) for one of their 100 seats.

Hi everyone!!! I am so excited, I received an e-mail this afternoon saying that I was accepted!!! I had my interview at the end of March, if that helps anyone still waiting for a response. Keep your hopes up and do not get discouraged yet. I applied to the Accelerated BSN Program as well and was not accepted, so when I received this e-mail today I could not be more thrilled!!

I also interviewed at the end of March and have not heard a thing:unsure:, my hope was that they where giving notices in interview order......now I am really depressed.....

Don't be discouraged yet! I interviewed the first week of the interview started and found out a day after they sent out the first batch of acceptances!

Dont sweat it, I interviewed on the 2nd last week and recieced my acceptance on the 22nd, as a matter of fact, i was one of the first here to post about my acceotance. Good luck!

Is anyone sure of Group Dynamics covering the Social Psych credit? Also, if I'm finishing this class May 13th, and have to get my official transcript in by May 23rd that really concerns me! Its cutting a little close... Thanks!
