Aw @nalafire thank you, we'll both be great one day! I applied to Queensborough and they're still accepting applications until the 29th if you can register for the NLN PAX exam tomorrow! No fee and no statement, just an interview.

Hopefully QBCC will accept me and I'll apply to the RN to BSN program later on:)

I'm not gonna give up on nursing school or SBU. I will apply again next year. For those of us who were rejected please never give up on your dream of pursuing your career in nursing because of the time you will spend or the time you might have spent, time will certainly pass. Stay positive, focused, strong and keep doing what makes you unique . Mentality is everything. Congrats once again to everyone who has been accepted. :)

Yes definitely don't give up on SB if you didn't get in! Again same thing happened to me last year and now I'm in for this year. Does anyone know that start date of the program. Just trying to figure out if the vacation my family planned will work out for me or if I'll have to miss it. Also does anyone know when they will tell us about when the orientation date is

I got in too! I found out on my break at work and started jumping up and down haha. I can't wait to meet everyone! And to everyone who didn't get in, don't give up and keep trying! If you really want it then don't let this stop you. You're going to make a great nurse no matter where or when you go!

Im sorry to everyone that got rejected! I know we were all anxiously waiting together and it breaks my heart to see some of you disappointed! :grumpy: I wish there was room for all of us.. but I truly believe whatever is meant to be will be..so whatever path/school you go to is the one that is meant to be the best for you. I wish you all good luck! And you're all going to be great nurses!

For those that got accepted, congratulations again! :) I am so excited to meet all of you!! :)

I have a quick question.. did anyone get the link for the deposit? It's still not showing on my Solar account. Also, I'm going to try to find out what books we are using the first semester so we can prepare a little over the summer, haha. I will keep you all updated as soon as I find out anything! See you all soon! :D

Congrats to everyone that was accepted and I wish everyone who didn't make it a lot of luck in their future endeavours. Now onto my advice for future students, guys please dont spend money buying textbooks unless you learn by reading. The only class that the textbook would be helpful in would be prinicepals and applications in Nursing 1/2 and professional role development, where its required. I am only in my second semester and haven't read one chapter as of yet.
