I applied to Stony Brook's Basic (2-year) BSN program 3 weeks a go and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?
I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!
Just checked solar and there is nothing on there yet . . . . . .for me anyway. . . . . . . did anyone get a positive decision yet, or even a waitlisted. . . . . . . .
Did anyone who was rejected get an email from the school yet? I still didn't get my "formal rejection" from them like I did for the accelerated program, just through vast detective work did I find my decision! Hahaa

yes i did get an email from the school that i was rejected.
no email and no news on solar for me. Someone asked about when i got my app in. I sent it in like sept 20th along with my one year program app. But when we found out about the one year there were ppl that got accepted that applied right before the app deadline soooo there goes that theory.
BioD who do you know that got in. Oh man im sooo nervous! Everyone just keep breathing!
