Can we make this the official thread for The Stony Brook Accelerated Nursing Class of 2016. Let's start posting questions and suggestions here.

Since they started late, I'm guessing they'll be sending out acceptances later. I received my acceptance last year on the 23rd. Wishing you all a very Happy Holidays!! I remember the feeling just waiting, especially around a time where you should be celebrating the holidays. Try to enjoy this time as best you can and wishing you all a ton of luck.

I spoke to a couple of people who work in the SON and they informed me that decisions have not been sent yet (not sure when they will be) and if you didn't get an interview you're more than likely not getting accepted. :/ I'm applying to the 2-year also...trying to beef up my personal statement, as they told me my grades are good enough. I assume that means my personal essay is crap lol good luck everyone!

I think the reason why I got an interview this year was because I had a really good recommendation from my work place. So make sure you get good recommendation letters also. Because I have an average gpa. Like a 3.4 or 3.5 so yea.

I also in the process of applying the 2 year in case I don't get into the 1 year. I had some really good interviewer next to me. I just hope I stand out alittle when I spoke the people that interview me. I really wondering how I did on my interview. I am starting to be alittle worry and anxious... anyway Good luck everyone!!!

According to what I was told in my interview, we should have found out latest today. So hopefully any day now!
