Stony Brook ABSN Class of 2022

Published

Stony Brook School of Nursing has recently opened the undergraduate application portal for the 2021 school year. I was part of an allnurses thread for their Basic BSN program last year, and the information and support from other applicants was amazing; so I jumped on creating a thread for this cycle as soon as applications became available.

Any questions or even just casual discussion about the program is more than welcome! Can’t wait to talk to all of you. ?

OH MY GOD!!

I accepted!!!

Anyone else got an answer?

Nothing yet for me

I just got accepted as well! Super excited :)!

OMG! I have just received the acceptance letter! Good luck to everyone else! ?

I was also just accepted ? congrats to everyone!! I'm so excited

I was so excited, I didn't even finish reading the whole letter...

you have to accept or decline your admission offer through the application portal. I will definitely accept it.

I was accepted! Is there a group for accepted students?

Finally I got accepted

I got in!!??

I had the error message too and that was the most nerve wracking 10 minutes of my life.

Congrats to everyone who got in!! And good luck to everyone that’s waiting on more decisions from the next rounds!!

I was also accepted; however, I’ve decided to withdraw my application. I’ve committed to another program that I think is a better fit for me. Good luck to everyone! ?

I got wait listed until I can provide proof that I passed my "in progress courses" with a C or better (I got an A in both of them) but it doesnt say how or where to send this info!!

Wait I was waitlisted too. Does that mean that if we provide the information we get in? I think it’s only if a seat opens up.
