Still no official NCLEX result. Texas BON

Hi texans,

Has anyone took the NCLEX on the 2nd week of June?(June 8-12, 2020) I took it last June 8th, checked pearson vue quick results after 48hrs and it says I passed but until now I still don't have my official result and license number. I called texas BON last week and said they are updating their system so there is definitely a delay. Well im getting impatient and im just wondering if this also happened to any of you who tested on the said dates. Thank you!

Sorry! I guess I misunderstood what you were asking for information on. Well, the BON was closed for a week in June (I believe the 8th-12th) in order to change their system over to this new nurse portal thing. A lot of my cohort got their ATT on 6/28, but some are just now getting them. The BON is blaming the closure in June for being so backed up right now. At least that's what they tell my classmates who were calling about ATTs. In my GN group for residency, the ones who took NCLEX in May are just now getting their licenses posted, so they were in a similar boat as you. I'm sorry this is taking so long for you. Hope your permanent license posts soon!

Mine hasn't still posted. Im getting tired of waiting and its almost impossible to call the boards now.
I also already made the account on the nurses portal last week and nothing still.

I took my exam on 7/15 and I just saw my license posted on the TEXAS BON website as of 7/16. Question for you have you taken the jurisprudence exam online? They won’t release a license until you complete that.

Hey, yes I took that back in March LOL. I got a hold of them yesterday and they posted mine today. They said those who took the NCLEX from June 15-June 18 have not yet gotten their license for some reason. Thats when I took mine. But I got mine today!

I called them at 7:55am yesterday and they posted it today. I just said “I need my license” LOL and she’s said okay I will post them

Mine did that too. It only worked for me when I called before 8am

Hi.. Did y'all get yours posted yet? I have succesfully called them twice last week and they said to check back in 24hrs and still nothing. It still shows ready to issue.

I guess il just go ahead and apply for jobs. hopefully license should be ready before interviews are set.

I took mine on June 26th and nothing happened until I called them yesterday. After I called them, one representative said he would email to his supervisor to have my license posted. They posted my license less than 24 hours. The point is, call them if it has been a while and nothing happened to your license. Call them at 0800h on the dot to get a chance. However, if you encountered the busy signal tone, stay on the line and you will be connected, eventually. That's what I did yesterday.

I took NCLEX RN for NY State on 30th of June and did not receive my official result. There is nothing to do, I can’t reach to NY BON, I don’t know what I will do except waiting. Is there anyone like me, in the same position?
