what states really have a high demand for nurses ?

I can't believe no one can even get a job in TX border towns.
People would probably rather live there than SE KY.

I sure as heck would! Plus, all the extra money I could make moonlighting in the trafficking industry....not too shabby!

He applied in Eagle Pass, Laredo, Abilene and other cities. Rejection letters or no replies at all. Like I said he was a 4.0 student with a solid resume and references.
It really sucks out there!

Try both Carolinas. MANY teaching hospitals, as well as rural areas, are hiring new grads. It's the ones with >20yrs experience who are having the most problems finding employment.

Agreed, NC is hiring new nurses, and many hospitals are using agency due to shortages. NOw you wont have your pick of areas, not having experience, but you can get your foot in the door.
