4580 starting Fall, first 5 weeks....

I emailed TA about the tow different due dates for the DB and she has not replied, other than to ask me where I saw Thursday due date! So now it's Tuesday and still haven't heard from her. Never a good sign. I'm interviewing my manager this am, I have to work Thurs, and Friday so I have to get it done, since I work nights

I know our section says Friday per the NEW annoucement - but be careful, YOUR section with your TA may want it on Thursday - so please doublecheck Don't want to be responsible for someone's late paper in another section!

I am having such a hard time getting into this... I keep finding excuses to not start these papers and DB's. Taking the summer off has been the death of me.

I feel like I'm starting to get into the groove a little today. Posted my DB post though and saw a typo right after!! Oh, well. At least the darn thing is posted.

I'm in too! This class is starting off as such a pain. I hate when there are a ton of different points to cover in just the DB post.

Yup, I agree. How can you answer 7 questions in a 4 or 5 paragraph DB? And have an intro and conclusion. It took me so long to get into doing it. I wonder how this TA will grade. I'm a bit nervous.

am I getting this right?

read the vision, mission, values and goals of the organization, Nursing dept, and our unit. See if the unit and nursing ones jive with the organization, say how the unit/nursing one illistrates or is an example of the organizational one, defend your reason, describe how you fit in to the organization, and unit, and write two ways nursing practice in your organization is an example of the organization..

Is that the gist of it?

Hello Everyone: In the syllabus for 4580 it says we cannot post our original DB post and two responses on the same day. However, I have been doing it that way for every nursing class and have never had points deducted. A student in my group pointed this section of the syllabus out to the TA who is going to speak with the lead TA. Has anyone else had issues with this?
