Started A&P 1 today

So today is the day that i started A&P 1, so far i love the instructor she is so easy going and seems like she cares if each one of her students is successful in her class. I have been reading the Anatomy and physiology made easy book and it seems to be a big help. Anyone else start A&P this summer.Maybe we can all help each other out, and offer support if we should run into trouble.

my lab practicum is coming up, I didnt do so well on my first hourly test covering ch 1,2,3,4 but i also didnt get to study as much as i would have liked too, and also knowing how he tests, i know what to study for...

Our lab last night was about the skelatal system and I already knew most of it but I am now studying at work learning all the detail

Yes i understand i got a D on my 2nd Lecture Exam but i did not get to study that much for it, I got a C on the first Lecture exam for the same reason. This time i am ready for the 3rd and 4th lecture exams. I know i will at least get a B on both of them because i have been doing some taking no prisoners studying and now i feel like the material is sinking in. If the material were a atom,molecule, or liquid i guess it would be diffusing to my brain( hehehe). I know at least i will come out with a C, but I'm shooting for a B. I know i could have done alot better on my first 2 tests but i was naive i the fact that i thought i could work full time and take this class, well i know better now that just did not work for me. Well i gotta hit the books again, good luck all. for those taking A&P don't miss a thing and STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!

I'm startin A&P next week. A&P I for five weeks and A&P II for the next five. I'm a little nervous cramming these classes into summer sessions since I'm also holding down a full time job, but it should give me an indication of what an Accelerated BSN program might be!

Hello All,

Had my first class last night. It was a lab!?!? Somehow they have it scheduled that the lab is before the lecture. Makes no sense to me. Still trying to get a feel for the instructor. I think one person may have quit already last night.

Anywho..lecture will be tomorrow night I'll probably get a better feel for the instructor then...he didn't interact much with us last night during the lab.

i started a&p 1 last week. from the very first night of class i have been spending a lot of time studying. i have been making my own flash cards for everything, and that seems to be helping me tremendously. my first test is tomorrow, so i guess i'll find out just how well i'm really doing.

i'm also taking philosophy this summer. surprisingly, i think i'm having more fun in a&p.

our book is hole's 10th edition. anyone else?
