Stanford Nurse Residency August 2023 Cohort 39

Hello everyone, 

I just wanted to submit this here to start a place where all of us who have applied to Stanford's nurse residency program can communicate. This is for cohort 39, which has a start date of August 21, 2023. I hope we all get in!

Just heard back this morning for an interview for the AAU Medicine division.

I have my ASN but I am already enrolled in an online BSN program. I went to school out of state but I am from here and already applied and received my CA license by endorsement. Hope that helps ease some worries!

Congratulations!! By any chance, does your last name start with an A or along those lines? Trying to figure out if they're sending the invites based on last names right now

Congratulations! So exciting to wake up to that email I bet ? Can you please also clarify which number you ranked medical-surg? Thanks so much.

I received an invitation to interview for medicine units this morning. I'm from out of state and don't have my license yet. My last name is at the end of the alphabet and medicine was my first choice. Hope this helps!

Thank you! My last name is at the beginning of the alphabet and Medicine was my first choice.

For ppl who got interviews, when you check your portal do you have another application? My portal now has "ICU RN-NRP 39". And they sent an email saying they will contact me for an interview but I already have an interview scheduled whattt?

Hi everyone! Just joined! I got an email today I got an interview for the ED!! Super nervous! Didn't anyone else hear back??

COngrats to all getting interviews! I got sent an interview for RN Research and Clinical trials. It was my #2 choice, I originally wanted ICU. Should I even bother asking to interview for ICU??

You never know it you don't ask! That's my mentality. The worst that can happen is they'll say no..
