Thank you that does provide some hope. Did they state whether other departments are still looking or was that department directly?

Well, they already emailed me back and said that I was not being considered to interview for critical care. Which was my first choice.

Oh wow. At least they told you up front? Are they allowing you to move forward or will you continue ICU?

I am applying to other hospitals for ICU positions, so I am passing on interviewing for Stanford. I had my preceptorship in a Bay Area ICU, so I am pretty confident I can get a job on that unit when they open up applications. But good luck to everyone on the job hunt ?

Good luck to you! Definitely don't settle Im sure you'll get into a great ICU

I just received my invite for AAU Division 2 for I believe Advanced Pulmonary Disease med/surg unit. keep your hope up! I don't have my RN license as yet but I will use this interview as practice!

They must have been really picky for critical care this time around, if not, they aren't hiring anyone.  We may find out tomorrow at the session. Everyone I know who received an interview that precepted in an ICU got AAU's.

I did my preceptorship in the ICU and didn't get any invites... /:

Someone I know who did not preceptor in the ICU got an interview for the ICU so I'm not sure how they are choosing

Has anyone received the Zoom Link for tomorrow's interview prep session yet? I RSVP'd in the email when I responded to the invite to interview (Clinical Research), but haven't heard anything more yet.
