Hi guys, with the program application about to open I thought I would make a thread!

Same! I reviewed the last applicant pool and they seemed overly qualified individuals and hiring departments pick only 40% of those highly qualified candidates. IDK I have exp of 6 years of military as medic, 2 yrs customer service, 1 yr of executive management and graduated with a Magna Cum Laude! But I guess it was not enough

Sound qualified to me. Wish they would at least make us aware of the reason but I know most jobs don't state why we are being rejected if we are

Thank you for saying that haha I mean I understand. Stanford is one of the most prestigious, top tier hospital to work for. They will not let us know the reason solely because of legal responsibilities coming after them. Some good companies actually have you apply again and will personally discuss 1 on 1 to help you and with that you have higher chance of getting in. Not many employers do this.
If I don't get in as a new grad, I will most likely try again at a some point later to get in maybe after a year or two

Well the days are long and there is still a chance. Like you said reapplying is also always an option
Kevin11 said:I messaged them on facebook and they said the weather in the Bay Area caused some delays. About half of the invites have gone out and they plan to have the rest sent by Friday.
They also said invites can go out up to the day before panel interviews if people cancel.
Good luck everyone!
Thank you for the update and reaching out

Someone said they got an interview invite for ICU a few days ago so I assume they’ve sent it out? If not, they will within 5 days.
