For those who completed their second interview, was it still conducted as a panel with other candidates? Were you asked four questions again? If so, what were the themes of those questions? Thanks everyone and good luck!

Is the 2nd round NICU/ICN group interview? The email says it will be a 25 min interview.. I feel like that'll be too short for panel?

I think it's individual with a panel interviewing us!

For those who interviewed with Hem/Onc for round 2, did they say when they would get back to us?

Does anyone know how many people made it to round 2 for NICU/ICN and how many they're hiring?

It's another panel! But mine was just with 1 other person. The 25 minutes flys by — no time for questions at the end really. And then you get a unit tour and that's it... then have to sit with your anxiety for a couple days to hear back LOL. We were told "end of week... maybe beginning of next week. The latest by 7/31" haha

Oh my I thought we were going to get time to ask questions! How many questions did they ask you and were there themes?

Same as interview 1 🙂 I did slightly reuse a story because the topic overlapped that much haha.. different people on this panel though.

I applied twice. I slightly re-wrote my cover letter, but everything else was the same. TBH I used my same references/LOR too. However, I "studied" way more for the interview this time. Had multiple stories/examples that could be interchangeable with the 4 different categories. Don't beat yourself up - I was devastated after not getting it first try. But just showed me how bad I want this and made me try even harder. I'm still not sure if I've made it past round 2, but all you can do is try your best. Everything will work out, I promise! Being a new grad is really really hard, but people have done it before us and they will continue to do it after us. Good luck, I mean it ❤️
