What units did they have interview invites for already ?

Yes mine did but for Tri Valley not PA

It was a panel interview with 4 other people and 2 nurse managers for Neonatal path. Questions start off with talking about yourself, then everyone had different behavioral questions and a few had questions about their senior project. They timed us for 2 min I think. I made it to round 2 but was rejected after, but it was great practice! Good luck and just be yourself!
