A little bit early but I'm starting this for all LPCH Fall 2024 new grad applicants!

It's different for every unit. Mine was just me with a panel of 2 from the 1st interview and 2 new people. They only asked 4 behavioral questions and the rest of the time I was asking them questions.

Mine were different managers! But they made sure to ask different questions than last time (although similar)

Hey NICU/ICN people. Did they say we will hear back by the end of next week? I wasn't sure if that's what I heard or if anyone got a different answer

Early in the next week! Or 31st latest I believe
