A little bit early but I'm starting this for all LPCH Fall 2024 new grad applicants!
Hey all! I was planning on applying for this new grad program for Spring 2025. However, I did not realized that the GPA requirement is 3.5. I will be at a 3.4 by the end of my program. I know some times colleges or programs will have a GPA requirement but allow for you to explain why your GPA was low, while others will just filter you out and jobs will set preferred requirement but somehow you still make it past. I wanted to come to this forum to see if anyone applied without meeting the 3.5 GPA requirement and what was your outcome?

Hi! So I am in your same spot now (round 1 interview coming up) and I'm wondering if you have any tips/insight you'd be willing to share from your experience? Thanks for your time 🙂Â

Hi! So I am in your same spot now (nenonate track round 1 interview coming up) and I'm wondering if you have any tips/insight you'd be willing to share from your experience? I'm super curious about the differences in question content between Round 1 and Round 2 and then if Round 1 is individual with panel? Ours is a 30m zoom. Thanks for your time 🙂Â

It was a panel interview with 4 other people and 2 nurse managers for Neonatal path. Questions start off with talking about yourself, then everyone had different behavioral questions and a few had questions about their senior project. They timed us for 2 min I think. I made it to round 2 but was rejected after, but it was great practice! Good luck and just be yourself!Â
