Hi! I have my round 1 30m zoom interview in 2 weeks and I'm trying to find all of the info I can! Would you be open to sharing some of your experience with the process? It seems to have changed this year. My biggest questions are about the difference between round 1 and round 2 (aside from being in-person) and if your Round 1 were individual with panel? Technically my interview invite says 'neonatal track'. I took this to mean NICU, but I did apply to both nicu/icn. I haven't seen anyone say they got an ICN invite specifically. Do we think that people invited to interview for neonatal track are interviewing for both units?
