Hi everyone I am starting in the fall of 2011. Did anyone get there book list yet. They sent me a letter saying you can purchase your books starting the 22 of august, then a lady told me that I have to wait for orientation to get the book list. I want to buy my books in time so i can get a cheaper rate plus have it in time for class. Also anyone doing evenings.

to CeceStar5:

The cost is $38000 for the 2 yrs

i think the cost is based on how many credits you need to take .... if you have some of the electives like english and biology and if you can get it transferred then the cost is reduced.

hey rin418

i am doing eveing....

Specializes in Home health, Med Surg, LTC.

wowzers. thanks. i will be transferring bio eng psych soc from my degree etc.. i hope it brings the cost down alot

Hey guys,

I have a question maybe someone can answer. I have a master list of books needed. I was matching up my scheduled classes to the books listed and there are about 10 books for the whole semester. Do you actually use all those books, or are there certain ones they use. I don't wanna go buying books and get stuck with them if they are not needed. I also don't want to wait till last minute to purchase books either.

yes i have same concern about the books .....especially like the study guide for the fundaments of nursing 7th edition.

to rin 4187 --> i have the same master list but when i asked them i believe the bursar told me that they change some books from last semester so make sure you check with them before the purchase

to glamity22 --> about the list of the books ..... this week when i was at the school to drop of my physical …. i told them what are the classes that i was taking this semester …then they provided the name of the books with price at the school book store ... also i believe you can ask them to sent u the books info through the email
