hey guys I am trying to read everything on the book but I am unable to finish reading on time... therefore I don't even get a chance to look at the pwerpoint notes anyone have any study tips :cry:

congrats.... :) classes starts on sept 1st as far as i know ...

ask the bursar for the list..... i told her the name of the classes that i was taking this semester … then she send an email with only the books for those certain classes … email also contained school’s book store price and the isbn # ..... earlier they provided me a list that contain books for the entire two years that list also contain books for dental assistant …. which was crazy i had no idea where to begin … in your case if the list is only 10 then that might be it but just call or contact them before purchase just to be on the safe side because these books are not cheap

to glamity22 --> about the list of the books ..... this week when i was at the school to drop of my physical …. i told them what are the classes that i was taking this semester …then they provided the name of the books with price at the school book store ... also i believe you can ask them to sent u the books info through the email

to rin 4187 --> i have the same master list but when i asked them i believe the bursar told me that they change some books from last semester so make sure you check with them before the purchase

yes i have same concern about the books .....especially like the study guide for the fundaments of nursing 7th edition.

i think the cost is based on how many credits you need to take .... if you have some of the electives like english and biology and if you can get it transferred then the cost is reduced.

ya thats what they told me but i don know the time ....also i was wondering if anyone know the schedule for the classes. when i asked them the bursar told me they send the package by the end of this month in mail .... anyone received anything so far??????.....

Thank you JM RN , that was such a relief :) i just recently got accepted to SPSON I am looking forward to attend fall 2011... already pay $ 500 but i am really freaked out about this whole credited and non credited issue also the fact that the tuition is high .... But i want to ask you did you graduate from SVMC or SPSON ???? i meant when did you graduate when the school was under SVMC or after they changed the name ... Because from what I heard or read from other posts that when the school was under svmc they were credited only when they change the name to SPSON it became non credited PLZ let me know what’s really going on ???

hey LdilyyL, I took ENH - 214 Literature & Film ( got B+) I got credit for that one .. i am not really sure why they didnt take ur class... I have also took english 151 but i got C so i didn't get credit for that one .. however if u took english 151 and received C + or more ask them if you can get credit for that ... if you have time over the summer try to take some classes at csi so its cheaper and kinda easier so when we have to take nursing classes at least we don have to worry about the electives ... take care and good luck :)
