Hey, has anyone else received an acceptance letter for the spring 2010 semester?
For you're Nur 101 skills/clinical the first few weeks it is just going to be skills lab where you will learn basic techniques. Then around the 3rd or 4th week you guys are going to split up into a group of about 9 and go to you're clnical sites. Skills lab is 2hrs and clinical days are 6hrs.
So once you start clinicals, half of our group reported to SPSON on say a Tuesday and did Skills while the other half went to Clinical. Then on Thursday that group that went to Skills goes to Clinical and vice versa.
You def need a GOOD Stethoscope, don't get the cheapest one you can find or you wont hear anything. Penlights are preferred.
I am attending Spring semester...does anyone know if they supply stethescope, scrubs, and supplies? Also, do you get your schedule at orientation because I haven't received one yet. I also think all this negative talk about the school is one's own personal opinion and situation with a school. i don't think anyone should get discouraged until they experience the school on their own.
Thanks!
