First, a word of advice: you seem to be using your real name, and have just told us exactly where you applied, exactly when, and anyone involved in that process that also comes here would recognize you. It wouldn't be seen favorably.

Next....I've never heard of any facility anywhere doing an "IQ test". This wouldn't make any sense. Pharm test....psychological.....sure. IQ? Odd.

After that....I wouldn't expect they would give you results of any kind on any test you took during the application phase. And why would you think being told you would be called for an interview NOT mean you were being considered for the position? Surely you expect you would have an interview prior to being hired.....right?

I believe the hospital is in the Philippines. HR policies are very different. You pay to get hired into new grad positions in many Filipino facilities.

Wish I had known the location...oh well. Paying to get a job....and being given an IQ test for it? Guess I'm glad I'm working in the US! :wideyed:

i was expecting some test realated to medical field but then they gave us logic test. after we took the test we were told that they will call us without even sayoing if we pass the test or not. thats it. lol so confusing tho

Logic tests are assessments that are not pass fail. Perhaps that's why?

It means you failed if they did not let you comeback at the same day. My friend also experienced this scenario. Some of his co-IQ test takers was asked to comeback in the afternoon after the IQ test and some of them are told that they will call them. :)

we went there around 3pm. they old us they will call us within the week. i just got the message today that i need to go there tomorrow for interview. thanks for the answer by the way

Hello aisalvador. Did you pass your resume directly to the HR? I just passed my resume through the security personnels in SLMCGC. They told me to wait for a text but until now I haven't got any text from them.
