just the basic requirements..bring all your documents..there are alot of us whose resigning..so if you want to apply why not try..
Hi may I know the exact address of your hospital? Im from makati but Im willing to work in qc.. pls pls.... is this near from kamuning edsa station? THanks in advance!
For those who are concerned regarding the initial exam, this is only a set of IQ test that will screen who's in or not. They've done this to screen out the increasing number of applicants. For those who are wondering what the exams were, our batch took some sort of "logical sequence" as a type of screening exam. Given 15 minutes, you have to answer less than 60 questions. This will determine how snappy and quick thinker you are (most helpful in emergency situations.. lol)
Trick: Be relaxed

Hi, requirements at St. Luke's Hospital are: resume, college diploma, general weighted average, board rating, prc card, prc board certificate, certificate of employment (if any), 2-pcs 2x2 ID pictures (colored , white background), nbi clearance, birth certificate, sss number, tax identification number (if you have), barangay clearance. You need to complete your requirements because processing of your application will be delayed for incomplete requirements.
dear mtjmnov...or dear all...
hi, i have seen some of your posted threads and correspondence regarding NCLEX in Saipan, did you go to SAIPAN and took the exams there...I think if Im not mistaken that was 2006, and you've asked some questions about taking NCLEX in Saipan...
But for me its a really a different situation, anyway, I am a teacher and not an RN, but my wife is RN here in Pangasinan.
This matter to some queries I blog on some forums about the NCLEX test in Saipan. I understand that you posted here before that you are about to take the exam in Saipan, have you done that then?
If you made it, can I ask something from you...>
1. From what airline did you get your booking ticket?
2. Did you contact any travel agency (cheapest rate w/travel package)?
3. How did you process your VEP in Saipan? how long did it take? Did you do this in your own or you let the travel agency do it for you?
4. How much did you pay for the travel agent?
5. How much is tha air ticket cost?
6. How much did it cost you in total going and returning to the Phils. after the test?
5. Is the e-ticket a roundtrip from Manila to Saipan and Saipan to Manila?
6. What are the details of documents did you present to Mariana Immigration by Mail and what documents for the travel agent or airlines?
7. Did you bring with you your family during that time?
8. How much did it costs you?
Sorry for many inquiries..by the way, I will not be taking a NCLEX in Saipan but a CBEST instead, (California Basic Educational Skills Test) for a teacher applicant to California or Washington. CBEST is made on-line international, and a filipino teachers like a filipino RN are very lucky because we instead of going in to US for a certain Visa, Pearson VUE (who also administer NCLEX) will be administering CBEST in Saipan and also in Guam.
But I really am decided to take this CBEST in Saipan, none somewhere else here in our neighboring country does the CBEST, not even in HK, SG,CH or JP, only there in Saipan.
Can you please help me answer the questions above or anybody from the forum member who have done taking NCLEX in Saipan, because this goes relatively towards my plan in taking CBEST there too.
Hope somebody may help me, thank you very much...
hi thereI passed my application in Capitol Med Center last year, particular in the month of October and still no calls have been made. Same goes with Medical City which almost 300 took the entrance exam (including me) and unfortunately i think 50 or less did pass during the prelimiary exams.
If you're going to ask me about the requirements: the usual resume, tor diploma, certifications of grades from NLE plus Cert of passing, PRC card, birth cert (all of them are xeroxed) plus bring extra ID pics including 1x1 or the 2x2.
>>> what was the topics for the exam in medical city. i sent my application last october and i'm still w8ng 4a call.
