Spring 2016 Palomar and Mira Costa

Hey, just making a thread for people who have applied for the spring 2016 cohort at Palomar and/or Mira Costa. Has anyone heard back yet? I heard back from grossmont on the 16th of September but would really like to get into one of these schools since I live in north county.

Hi! Glad you started this thread! I applied to Miracosta and Palomar for Spring 2016. Didn't get accepted into Miracosta, still waiting to hear from Palomar. Have you heard anything yet?

No I haven't heard anything for Mira Costa!! When did you hear back and was it through email or regular mail?

I got a letter in the mail like 5 days ago. Still haven't heard from Palomar.

Thank you so much for responding to my post. I drove down to Mira Costa today and found out that I also got rejected. The lady told me that I'm number 26 so I still might have a chance.

I also called Palomar and they told me that they have not sent out any letters yet but are trying to get them out by the end of the week!

Roughly how many points do you think you have?

Nice! You still have a chance!! I hope Palomar gets them out by the end of the week!! I think I have around 78 points. How about you??

In the 80s I can't exactly remember now. Me too I'm really nervous.

Where did you take your prerequisite classes? I took my down at Grossmont and Cuyamaca. I have never taken any classes at Mira Costa or Palomar.

I took the majority of my prereqs at grossmont too, but I took micro and physio at Palomar. I've never taken any classes at Mira Costa.
