My journey started from cna, lpn now,I applied for spring 2018 nursing bridge program. I am looking forward to what it has to offer and the challenges ahead. Anything is possible if you work hard and be persistence in reaching every goal you set for yourself. Always keep a positive mind.
@futurebsn92 i was exempt. I have a bachelor degree in health administration and i took intro to health care in my undergrad program. So i went to speak to a advisor and i did my cpr license and i paid the fee waiver and it posted on my transcript as complete. So I'm really confused as in to why i haven't been notified by now. My science gpa is 3.5 i got a 80 on my hesi. I have my cpr already. So I'm really at a lost for words right now. I even contacted IT to make sure my email was correct and it is.
Did any one attend the information session for the Baptist Scholars program? What were your thoughts on it? I for one was taken aback by the fact that we'd be going to nursing school AT Baptist, definitely was not expecting that lol.
I wasn't expecting that either, but it's exciting to know that we'll be exposed to that setting early on!
I think there may be another wave that comes out. Because when i called the admission the rep stated they were still selecting candidates.
I would go and sit down with someone in advising and ask why you haven't received anything yet. I think there is more to it. Maybe something missing or misplaced.

You can go to Miami Dade college website and search for the GPA calculator put in all your grades and how many points they are worth and it will calculate it for you but microbiology lab does not count
