Spring 2019 Lone Star Hopefuls

I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!

What I was told by cyfair is that if you don't show immunity that you just upload the negative quantitative Titer, proof that you've had the full series at some point in your life and then proof that you've started the series again and that's it. As far as when you need to complete them, idk but I plan on doing the accelerated version.

Hi I am worried about this. Did you email them? I keep reading mixed responses.

Does anyone know if Kingwoods nursing department has been repaired since Harvey? I was accepted for spring 2018 and could not attend and as of then, the department hadn't been touched and we were going to have to take night courses only at North Harris campus.

I just left the campus. They are working on it. They said it should be done by January!

Does anyone know how long until the summer 2 classes officially get posted? I just retook english 101 and got an A (yay!) So i should end with a 7.42 but I dont know how long that will replace my B so I can submit my admission already!

My grade from my summer mini was posted the day after class ended but it was an all online course.

It was an all online course too. Does the grade automatically change in the application and did you see your new score?

For the advising transcript, do we need to have our official Lonestar transcript or can we post the unofficial transcript

That I don't remember- I was done with it before the apps ever opened. I would call the nursing department.

The instructions for applying state to go to unofficial transcript, select advising transcript then save the pdf file. So no need to request an official transcript. (:

I just got my application back because I didn't have my hep b titer on it. I turned my shot records in that shows I've had the hep b series. I'm confused. Also, what is an advising report?? Thanks!
