Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!

Lol thank you! And a 3.75 is an A.

I didn't know they split the lecture and lab grades. I like thought they were all combined.

Hi everyone! I had a question about the Hep b immunization, since I have not gotten the help b series yet, it looks like I'll have to do the accelerated track for it. Does anyone know how this works, and would I be able to make it in time for the September 7 application deadline?

Idk where my score will be because I have an A in Anatomy and I'm retaking english over the summer to get an A (which I should be able to). My Hesi was a 85% with critical thinking of 870. I'm not sure if I should re-take the HESI only because I finally passed my anatomy with an 84% and if i re-take it all my previous scores will be erased. In your opinion, would you recommend re-taking the HESI? I'm not sure what score they cut off for the spring programs.

Hi jdang3! When you retook the hesi, did you find the anatomy section covered completely different topics or about the same as the first time?

Hi guys!

I'm applying to the ADN program at Cyfair as well as UTHSC. I was waitlisted for the summer but hoping I can get into either program for the spring. Total points: 7.664

HESI Score: 91.6

AP-96

Reading-94

Grammar-92

Math-90

Vocab-86

CT- 830

I plan on retaking the HESI soon. Has anyone retaken the exam? I'm wondering if the AP section has similar question topics or is completely different.
