Spring 2021 GGC nursing

Hey! I’m just wondering if anyone else on this site is applying for the nursing program at Georgia Gwinnett College for Spring 2021? I’m so nervous, haha.

I’m currently in A&P 2 and Micro but my current stats are:


Overall GPA: 3.84

Science GPA: 3.6 (pretty confident I’m going to get an A in my two remaining classes)

TEAS: taking on August 3rd

I’m going to updates everything once I take my TEAS ?

Hi guys! I just submitted all of my documents, but I'm starting to get worried because on the nursing admissions deadlines site it says the application deadline is September 8th (they extended it) but the emails and application say to submit documents by September 1st. I emailed nursing advising so hopefully I'm good.

I scored an 80.7% on the TEAS (1st attempt) and my transfer GPA is 3.65. Not sure how to calculate my science GPA, but here are my science grades from attending KSU:

Chem 1151 - C; Lab - B

Chem 1152 - B; Lab - B

A&P 1 - B; Lab - B

A&P 2 - A; Lab - A

Micro - A; Lab- A

So nervous, good luck everyone!

Forgot to add I only have 27 volunteer hours. My teacher didn't keep records of all of our hours from high school and I remember ended off senior year with 67 hours! Totally sucks, and my other volunteer mentor never sent me my hours. Oh well I guess. Really feeling the rejection letter incoming LOL

I have questions regarding the TEAS exam. Do you all registered it through ATI website or you had to called GGC to registered it? Thank you.

It was through ATI but I took it at the GGC testing center! Hope you got it all figured out

Yes I wonder if since the deadline was pushed back it’ll be longer though. @Dawn31 how’d you end up doing on your TEAS?

Hi everyone I also applied for GGC Spring 2021. My stats are not great. 
GPA 3.69

TEAS : 78.7

volunteer : 60 hours. 
im so nervous to hear back next week. Please keep in touch and share the results!.
