  1. I was freaked out about this too! I contacted talon one and they asked me if I had registered for my classes yet. I just registered for ENGL 1101 even though I was exempted from it LOL, guess I'll drop it after we register for our other classes!
  2. I didn't get any extra information. We should hear back sometime in November for information on signing up to classes, uniforms etc.
  3. I just got a reply from the nursing email (which happened to be -------------------- as well) and she said that's all that's needed for now. She said she's sending out confirmation emails as she goes through each of the acceptance contracts and that there's a lot to sort through
  4. Same! I asked if that was all that's needed and didn't hear anything back so my paranoid self emailed nursing admissions last night to ask if that was all that's needed. I'll let you guys know what they say. Wish they'd have a confirmation email aswell ?
  5. Acceptance contracts are due for KSU by Nov. 6th, so I would take that into consideration and maybe contact advisors at GSU to see if they would send out acceptance letters by then. I've heard that they wait until the last minute to get back to everyone but I'm not too sure. I can't find any past threads on it.
  6. I GOT IN! I'm so excited!!!! Congrats everyone!
  7. No not yet hopefully they get back to us sometime this week!
  8. Does anyone know how many people usually apply to GSU and how many people they accept for traditional per semester? I can't find anything on it.
  9. Hi, just for future reference, according to their site the average TEAS score of accepted applicants is an 85. They said that historically, people admitted in the program had a GPA above 3.3.
  10. I got my rejection email. At the time I applied, I only had an 80.7 TEAS score. Retook it after I submitted the application and got an 86.7. I wonder what difference that would have made LOL
  11. I got an 87.2% on the science section. It was a lot easier than my first attempt! My first attempt literally had like 5 or 6 questions on independent vs dependent variables and scientific reasoning that stumped me. It also had like 3 questions on the periodic table. Today I only had one on the periodic table (asked which element in the answer choices had the smallest atomic radius -- no table provided so I had to guess), and very easy questions on experiments. I also had 2 questions asking which organ secreted bicarbonate, and another literally saying, "since the pancreas releases a bicarbonate solution..." like wow. I finished that section with like 35 minutes left. Good luck tomorrow! You'll do great.
  12. Hi guys! Does anyone know when we are supposed to hear back since TEAS scores are still being accepted until the 30th? Here are my stats: Cumulative GPA: 3.68 TEAS: 86.7 (80, 93.8, 87.2, 83.3) Science GPA: 3.42
  13. I took my TEAS 38 days ago and got an 80.7. Took it today and got an 86.7. I only went up one point in reading, and I literally got the exact same passages and order of passages! I got the EXACT SAME SECTION. For language, I went up from a 63 to an 83.3. I suggest watching Carolyn McAllister's videos on Youtube for clarity, and overall go and join the "ATI TEAS 6 Test - Study Group" on facebook! It's the one with 41K members. This group helped me out tremendously because everyone posts helpful resources. Once accepted into it, check out the Elizabeth Tran files for English. That file helped me out tons. Also, make sure to know your prefixes/suffixes, and do plenty of practice questions to help familiarize yourself with the exam. I did as many free questions as I could find online and took book Practice test B & C that I paid for. Look at the feedback, and focus your studies. Also, the Mometrix book helps out a ton because of the practice exams and explanations. Always read the explanations as to what is correct/incorrect and why; it'll stick with you! Good luck!
  14. Btw, this ended up not being true ? I got accepted to GSU on the 21st of September and I'm submitting my nursing application today! I already had my recommendations in line. And I just got an 86.7% on the TEAS today so hopefully we hear back from them soon!!
  15. Yeah, I was told by admissions that it usually takes 15-21 business days but that seemed like a stretch to me. I submitted everything by the tenth so hopefully I hear something within the next few days to give my professor enough time to do a letter ? Were you notified by email? I keep refreshing the status checker
