  1. Forgot to tell. No not buy any actual books! We only use the website call Lippincott with access codes. Way cheaper than books. Even if you already bought the books, you will get redeemed later.
  2. Yeah white shirt red pants white shoes, white socks
  3. I’m happy to help all the time! The uniforms run bigger! That’s true. I got the one with zipper in front, some of my classmates got the regular one, the regular one has cheap material and runs even bigger than the one with zipper. ( I’m 5’3, 120lb I got xs short). no worries about the shipping day. As long as you order on the right frame time, you should be OK. Uniforms should be allwhite, white socks , white shoes( no any other color). Smart watch is allowed in the regular classes but not during the exam testing day. You should buy the regular watch, you need that for your clinical and skill lab.
  4. Skill lab will be held at Claskton. Simulation lab will go to Dunwoody, but first year doesn’t have simulation. You go to skill lab on the day you’re scheduled, just follow the schedule. It changes depending on the schedule
  5. At least 5 weeks, 1 day/ week. 7 or 8 hours/day.
  6. Nothing you can do about that. My class was divided into 3 groups. One go to Manor care, 1 go to Wellstart and last one go somewhere I forgot. Locations change every semester.
  7. Print and fill the form then submit it to Mrs.Renee.
  8. I believe they send out the decision letters in wave. Usually they will notify whoever get accepted first then they gonna wait to hear a response from accepted candidates ( usually in 2 weeks) then if any of those deny their spots, they will consider give that spot for whoever in waitlist. That’s why they can’t send all out at the same time. That’s what I heard from the nursing administration office the last couple semesters. Things may change and may not in order all the time.
  9. Hi y’all. I’ve been an active member of this group since day one of application. I was lucky enough to get accepted into nursing program ADN at Perimeter college last semester. I know it’s frustrating, stressful for everyone at this stage but trust me, it worths to wait. There are even more challenges are waiting for y’all in nursing school and lemme tell y’all, it’s extremely stressful and competitive. I believe everyone can do it! and even though you can’t get in this semester, just keep moving forward and don’t give up. I have been denied for a couple times and I learned a lot from those failures but I never gave up. Just wanna give some motivation and encouragement to everyone. I share my stats for whoever curious ( GPA 3.7, TEAS 84- 70 reading and 95 math) Goodluck!!
  10. Great! Such a great news. I know you will make it!!! Best luck for you too!!!
  11. Hi y’all sorry for the previous confusing comments. The advisor said that we only need to register for Nurs 1921 for first semester. Nurse 1924 is for third semester and they haven’t changed the information on the handbook.
  12. It’s impossible to register for both because they have the same day and time. I already emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) to see what’s going on
  13. Not sure, on the syllabus handbook they say first semester taking 1921 and 1924.
  14. I’m trying to register for nurs 1921 and nurs 1924 but these two have the same day and same time. I can’t register for both due to the schedule conflict. And only one class of each is open. Any one have the same issue?
