SPC Spring 2019

Published

I've been active on a different thread for people who applied to St. Petersburg College's Nursing program starting in August 2018. I made it on the alternate list (still completing Microbiology-finals tomorrow!), but have decided, with the help of an HEC advisor, not to accept if I get offered a last minute seat based on the fact that my only options for clinicals will be whatever no one else wanted. She said I'll definitely be accepted for January and will have top choice of clinicals/instructors, so I'm happy waiting another four months to start. Who else is applying for the Spring 2019 program?

Go down or call them tomorrow I'd go down there myself

I will attend the workshop too. See you there.

Everything "disappears" for a few weeks inbetween semesters while they settle everything in and upload all the necessary documentation. It will "reappear" in a couple of weeks (usually the Friday before) the semester starts again on January 14th

Any recently graduated Level 4 students still out there looking to offer help?

(Beautiful pinning by the way!)

I also applied for spring 2019 and got an early acceptance. How many of you got accepted?

Im.working in getting thing donde before the orientation Thursday. While else is going?

I believe you mean spring 2020, but congratulations! As somebody who started the same time as you this year, watch out for summer semester. It's a shortened term and can be quite exhausting.

Congratulations Danny! You may want to start a new thread. This is one I started last year after applying for Spring 2019, which began this past January. You’ll be starting Spring 2020, this coming January. I welcome you to join the Facebook group I started, called “SPC Nursing Students-All Levels.” There are lots of people on there who are willing to offer advice and answer questions.

Level 3’s

HI Spring 2019 Team,

I have completed all pre reqs, pinelles county resident, and nervous as all can be applying with a 3.667.

I wish everyone the best in this nerve racking period. For the Menard Summer peeps, I hope we get to see each, our semester flew by super fast!

Hello! If you don't mind sharing did you get in?! I have a similar GPA and praying to get in this fall!

Hello everyone, I just joined the website to post on this thread. I've also applied for the SPC Spring nursing program. I have all the prereqs completed with a 3.7 GPA. I got Bs in ethics, speech, and micro lecture. I'm finishing up my AA in economics while waiting to find out about this admission period. Good luck to everyone, and congrats on the 4.0's!

Hello!! I have a similar GPA, if you don't mind me asking did you get accepted?! and are you a Pinellas resident, I live in Tampa but my lease is up next month, and was thinking of moving and then applying!

He'll probably respond, but yeah, he got in, lives in Pinellas, and is on the way to graduating in May.

As Asmo said I did get accepted and we were in the same clinical group until they split us up. I am a Pinellas county resident, and another one of our classmates who was living in Tampa at the time of applying got in too. I asked around and my GPA wasn't a 4.0 but it was still competitive. We're on track to graduate in May. When is the application deadline?
