SPC Spring 2019
As Asmo said I did get accepted and we were in the same clinical group until they split us up. I am a Pinellas county resident, and another one of our classmates who was living in Tampa at the time of applying got in too. I asked around and my GPA wasn't a 4.0 but it was still competitive. We're on track to graduate in May. When is the application deadline?

SPC Fall 2019
Newbie, I'm a level 3 student who has an extra copy of fundamentals if you want to borrow it. It's going to be the main book you'll be studying from. If you would like to borrow it, I'm a night student who will be there tonight from 6:30 to 8:30 for my psych orientation. PM me and I'll give you my cell number.

If you have health insurance Walgreens might be able to give you some vaccinations for free. Or your primary HCP can prescribe them and you can get them at a reduced cost.

SPC Fall 2019
It all really depends on your work ethic and how much you have to be mentally available at your job. I went through lvl 1 with 6 classmates that worked 30+ hours a week. One finished with an A, some with B's, and one with a C. It all depends on your ability to adapt and apply the knowledge you learn.

Congrats on acceptance everyone! Soon2bmurse has already filled you in on most of the stuff. I'm in level 2 right now over summer. Just focus on getting your CB paperwork in order. I know it seems like you have a lot to do. Just try to get it done asap so it's one less thing to have to worry about. If you get a baycare clinical location you stay with baycare for the program. Tammy is great with responding to questions via email so use that resource if you have questions. Once school starts it feels like it flies by with a blink. Stay on top of everything and try to turn assignments in early. Also try to enjoy your summer, the program can take your social life away.

For mine I went to the health department in pinellas park. They pulled up my immunization history printed it out and ordered the ones I needed. If you go to your primary it will probably be cheaper. I paid 45$ for 4, TB was the most expensive. I don't know if the NUHS deals with them or not.

Mine still says fall 2018 as well. I'm doing the same as Alexis, submitting it and hoping they transfer everything like they were supposed to. Alexis I'm game for meeting at nature's table too. I'm going to try and refrain from drinking caffeine though. I'll be so excited that might push me over the top.

I think they'll get everything straightened out today. Congratulations to everyone that got in, remember we're not competing for spots anymore. We are a team once classes start, hope everyone is ready to make some life long friends.
