It’s my understanding that they ask for your preference but they decide where you go based on what is still available.

Last I heard, no. I just ordered mine online.

My group was told to wait until after orientation, so I will order Wednesday unless they tell us otherwise tomorrow!

I work for BayCare, they have a program in coordination with SPC where SPC adds a few cohorts (2 this semester) for BayCare employees. It is all of the same SPC requirements, plus there is an interview and your manager has to agree to being flexible with your work schedule. If accepted, your tuition is paid for (pending your being hired as a nurse and agreeing to work for two years after graduation) and our classes are all at our system office vs. at SPC, with clinicals at BayCare facilities. All BayCare employees are eligible to apply if you’re in good standing at work and have been in your position for at least 6 months! If you have any other questions, let me know!

I think so, based on what I’ve read in previous threads. I was accepted through BayCare so our process was a bit different (we didn’t have clinical options) but I want to say it was about a week and a half after the notices of intent were due that I saw I was assigned to a cohort in mySPC, so hopefully y’all will find out soon? !

I applied/was accepted through the BayCare employee program for Fall 2020 (they make those admission decisions a bit earlier because we have a few other hoops to jump through) and they emailed me after 5P so here’s hoping y’all hear today! Good luck!
