SPC Nursing students??All B student

So I am going to apply to SPC's RN program for the Jan 2010 semester. I have everything but my Micro/Lab finished. I know they look at your GPA from certain classes and I have all B's in those classes. If I get an A in my micro classes, do you think they will even consider me for enterance into the program? I know how picky they are! has anyone gotten into the program with a 3.1 GPA or anything? I am kind of putting all my eggs in this one basket! Thanks in advance!!!

Terecil...When I spoke with the EAYL people, they said the end of THIS month. I just spoke with them last week to get an update on the notification timeline. I keep my cell phone in my pocket all day long waiting for the call :) I am so ******* nervous! Good luck to you!

thepopes- I got the letter today about the other extension program...I am going to wait to see if I get into Baycare and if I haven't heard back from them by the 12th(when the info session is for largo med) Iwill go check them out.. :) te suspence is killing me!

Has anyone heard anything back from EAYL yet?? They said they would call us be the end of October...nothing yet?!?

No I haven't heard anything back as of yet either. When i had my last interview, the lady stated that they would call us either at the end of the month or at the beginning of November. So maybe we will hear something within a few days...hopefully!

i got into the eayl program!!!!!!! i am sooooo excited! i feel as if the weight f the world has lifted off my shoulders!! i was actually calling them to get an update when i was about to leave a message, they beeped in on call waiting!!! omg! yay!!!! :) just wanted to share with you guys!

Morgan0429, would you happen to know if they contacted everyone yet? I'm starting to freak out because they didnt contact me today! I guess i will have to be patient and wait until Monday, but I will give them a call first thing Monday morning just to be on the safe side.

woooohoooo! good for you Morgan!!! I'm gonna try for the Largo expansion program, but I'm already accepted for the Jan 2010 session, I hope that I still can try for the Largo expansion since that will give me a job me a job after school.

I always thought once you were accepted that it was too late to try for the expansion programs, like because you ALREADY have a seat, but since I received the letter, I'm going!
