Hi guys!

Super late to the form but I was also excepted for this Spring 2020, so excited to meet you all :)

My Hesi was only 84% (Kind of surprised/relieved I was admitted)

3.61 GPA (Accumulative overall from the application)

Anatomy/Physio TA volunteer experience

CMA experience of 4 years

I added Samuel Merritt to my FASFA as well and made an appointment with the financial aid office for next week to talk in person about the financial aid package.

Does anyone know anything about what our schedule might look like for the Spring?

Yay congrats!

How hard was it to make an appointment for financial aid?

Also if you search up SMU BSN Curriculum they have it on their website! It's 15 units our first semester, then 18, 20, and finally 14. I don't remember the classes exactly.

I just completed my FAFSA for SMU the other day. Does anyone know if I should call them to make an appointment or they will reach out? I still need to figure out what the whole financial picture looks like and how I will pay. Anyone else? Also, will anyone be commuting from Sacramento to the Oakland campus for the BSN?

Possibly. I haven’t weighed everything out yet. ? I definitely can’t sell my house and move there. It’s too expensive Lol

I'm commuting! Looking at the possibility of taking the train to get some homework done one day of the week. I follow a couple girls on Instagram who go to school 3 days a week! If I can get 3 days a week I'll happily commute. Even 5 days! The way I see is it's a temporary situation for a permanent outcome!!

Train might be a viable option for me but I’d have to look into it because I know nothing about it. I do wonder what a term schedule would look like. Does anyone know? Roughly... I would just hate to commit only to find out it’s somehow not feasible waking up super early for class 5/4/3 days a week and making the long drive home only to have to do homework and study. I don’t want to set myself up for failure. Are the girls you follow in the BsN program as well?

I know when I went to the orientation, a current student said there was actually 3 girls who commuted from Napa in her cohort. I would just love to pick the Brain of someone in this situation because I have tons of questions! @wgu where would you be commuting from?

I’m waitlisted for Sacramento Spring 2020. Who else is waitlisted?
